To start off, I would like to share the extraordinary thing that I'm doing right now- to lose weight. I believe that every weight loss journey is extraordinary. You might go through a lot of struggles or you might enjoy it but in the end you must succeed. Yep, I've just started my weight loss journey and I thought of sharing it with you. I named it PROJECT 61.
WHAT IS PROJECT 61?
Some of you might think that 61 would refer to number of days that I need to achieve my goal. That's a good idea but it's not about the days, it's about my weight.
I'm currently weighing 72 kg. Hopefully, tomorrow I'll be lighter by a kilo, lol. My goal is to lose 11 kg. I think 61 kg is just the right weight for me since I'm 5.3 1/2" tall.
I don't actually have the target date on when I have to achieve this weight but the sooner, the better.
HOW CAN I ACHIEVE MY GOAL?
One word- DIET.
I used to hate the idea of "dieting" because I always hear stories where people are starving themselves following some diet plans just to get in shape. I know diet shouldn't be about eating less but eating the right amount of food and the right food.
So, I searched for some diet plans that would match my idea of dieting and voila! I found a perfect diet plan for me!
THE BEST DIET PLAN EVER!
Well, I'm not too reliable on this since this is my first time to follow a certain diet plan but I love the idea of eating as much as you want while being on a diet. It's is the [drum roll] GM DIET!
I find GM DIET plan perfect for me because it allows me to eat all the food that I like to eat such as fruits, vegetables, egg, chicken, fish, beef, soup, and milk!
There are just certain days that I should eat those food but isn't it exciting? Also, this diet lasts for only SEVEN days!
Many people claim that they lost 5-8 kg in a week by following this diet plan. However, just like any other diet plans, this might be effective to some people but not to others. Anyway, this fast result is just a bonus for me. I'd be happy to lose a couple of kg on my first try. *fingers crossed*
THE DIFFICULTY
Though I am a rice person, I don't find not eating rice a difficulty. Right now, I'm having a problem drinking enough water. I'm not fond of drinking water and in this diet I need to drink at least eight glasses of water a day, I guess that's around 2000 ml. As of this writing, I'm on my first day of this diet. I don't feel hungry but I'm struggling with my water intake. It's already 9:00 p.m. and I've just drank 800 ml of water.
*way to go!*
On a positive note, I still have three hours to consume 1200 ml.
*I can do it!*
